The trial itself was insane and a violation of Jones' First Amendment rights.

The jury showed themselves to be rather stupid as well.

The billion dollar verdict dropped on Alex Jones yesterday sent shockwaves that will reverberate for years, possibly decades as a direct attack against freedom of speech as well as freedom of thought. Those who the jury deemed injured by Jones’ accusations of being “crisis actors” were all rewarded with unprecedented paydays. Among those set to get a huge payday is Bill Aldenberg, a former FBI agent who responded to the Sandy Hook mass murder.

Aldenberg also happens to have been lead investigator for John Durham in his alleged attempts to hold Russiagate perpetrators accountable.

According to Daily Wire:[/b]

William Aldenberg, who as an FBI agent responded to the December 14, 2012 shooting at a Connecticut elementary school and testified at the Connecticut trial to determine how much Jones must pay in damages, was one of the government witnesses in the trial. He told the jury he was hurt by Jones’ claims the shooting, in which 20 first-graders and six educators were killed, was a hoax perpetrated by “crisis actors.”

“No, no. No, sir,” an emotional Aldenberg testified when attorney Christopher Mattei, who represented families of the victims, asked if there were any actors at the school. “No. It’s awful, awful.”

For Aldenberg to receive compensation from Jones because he was “hurt by Jones’ claims” sets a horrible precedent against free speech. Cops across the country are called far worse than “crisis actor” by people every day. There is absolutely zero justification for awarding him that kind of money, or really any money at all. Aldenberg did not have his career affected. He did not lose money as a result of Jones’ accusations. He did not have to seek expensive psychological treatments or do things that harmed himself or others. He got his feelings hurt and that’s somehow worth a $90 million jackpot.

As I noted in my opening on yesterday’s episode of The JD Rucker Show, this show trial was not about what Alex Jones said but who he is and what he represents. By slapping him with this outrageous verdict and including a former law enforcement officer on the beneficiary list, we are being told that going against the mainstream narrative is anathema. We are being told that we will be punished for speaking out whether we’re right or not.

Get called names by an influencer, produce some tears on the witness stand, and get paid. That’s the play being run by people like Bill Aldenberg against Alex Jones. And an influenced jury in a corrupt show trial helped write the check.

That is a bunch of BS. That number makes it clear, the cost of getting caught harming people with false nationally pushed allegations, if you are rich and command media attention. It won't happen, but he deserves to be pennyless, having to scratch out a living to avoid eating cat food in a trailer house.

Underpass. Trailer is too good for him.

Awarding Former FBI Agent $90 Million for Getting His Feelings Hurt

You gotta be kidding me. Talk about a prejudiced, hostile jury, Jones got railroaded and will have to call for a new trial.

Aldenberg also happens to have been lead investigator for John Durham in his alleged attempts to hold Russiagate perpetrators accountable.
So THAT'S what went wrong.

For Aldenberg to receive compensation from Jones because he was “hurt by Jones’ claims” sets a horrible precedent against free speech.
No, I like it. I've been deeply hurt by Biden calling me a domestic terrorist just because I voted my free conscience for the other party. I'm owed at least 190 million for that!

this show trial was not about what Alex Jones said but who he is and what he represents. Exactly right. Just as the fascist left try to terrorize and intimidate J6 people just for attending a protest at the capitol or for supporting a party, this is all about trying to shut down free speech for the Right, nothing less.

These cucks will never see their money.

I've been deeply hurt by Biden calling me a domestic terrorist
No, you haven't.
just because I voted my free conscience for the other party.
No one gives a fuck about you or who you voted for, magaturd. You're comparing your unimportant trifling bullshit to parents mourning & suffering because they lost the only thing they *really* loved the most in this world due to a pointless massacre from an armed monster in Parkland. Jones proclaimed it a 'false flag operation' for absolutely no reason whatsoever other than to get ratings. Simply because those parents lost the only thing they *really* loved the most in this world. They lost their children.

And you are here blustering about losing the only thing you and Mr. Jones *really* love? Money (& power) ? If you've never heard of false equivalence before, look it up, because yours is a whopper.

In conclusion, go fuck yourself, troll. You always make it all about you. Life is not binary. That's why you're a ineffectual loser at life.

No, you haven't.
Mortally wounded. I deserve 200 million 💲 💵 💲

Jones proclaimed it a 'false flag operation'
And with good reason. I wouldn't put you scumbag commie fascist past sacrificing school kids just to push your anti-American anti-gun bills. Nothing is too low for you.

go fuck yourself
Your head is in the way.

Life is not binary.
That's your stupid problem, it is. If an FBI agent is worth 90 million just for bruised feelings I gotta be worth at least 3X that amount!

The collection starts in just over 20 more days. ChaChing.

I feel badly for those parents of murdered children. But the jury verdict is indefensible. How absurd is it?

If the judge were to reduce the award by 90%, of course Jones still couldn’t pay it.
I have little patience for Jones. Very little. And what Jones said here is offensive and stupid and hurtful. But that still doesn’t excuse the award judgment. It’s absolutely absurd.
