Here's what you do;

Collect recordings of various sounds. You will need
pigs squealing - LOTS of those
fog horns
sound of steam locomotive
squealing tires and car crash sounds
dogs barking
excerpts from a fire-and-brimstone sermon (preferably by a black minister because they rock better than your average white boy)

Mix all these together. Then get your stereo speakers and lay them flat on a tall shelf so that they're near the ceiling facing up.

Next time you hear the show starting overhead, crank those puppies up at max volume. If that doesn't get the message to them the next step is to shine a spotlight through their bedroom window.
