You drive a car and are NOT drinking but you run over an elderly person killing the person.
What is the penalty?
If injuries from a car accident directly cause someone else’s death, even weeks or months later, the driver could still face vehicular manslaughter charges.
Vehicular Manslaughter in Texas: What You Should Know.
Now if a woman who has according to these FACTS:
For nearly a quarter (24%), it was their second abortion.
For 11% of women who had an abortion that year, it was their third,
and for 8% it was their fourth or more.
More than 43% of all abortions are done by women who "accidentally" had free will (not raped or health reasons) to have sex and get pregnant.
I'm not against abortions for the first time, i.e. mistake, uninformed, sexually irresponsible, health of the mother or rape.
What I'm against women especially over 30 who are irresponsible, (including the men!) and never punished as a person who accidentally kills a person!
Using logic of people favoring abortions especially 43% of abortions are 2nd or more killings of a human, there should be NO penalties for a car driver who kills a person.
Do those of you favoring ALL abortions no matter how irresponsible the participants, i.e. women and MEN, are having sex with no protection?
So consider the ads that say people are in favor of limiting abortions to what I'm in favor of, are ads that say a woman has a right to an abortion.
So doesn't a person who kills a person with their car not have a right?

What the data says about abortion in the U.S.
The U.S. abortion rate has generally declined since the 1980s, but there have been slight upticks in the late 2010s and early 2020s.
