Going for the Fruitcakes that fueled the fire:

The Justice Department and FBI are investigating whether high-profile right-wing figures — including Roger Stone and Alex Jones — may have played a role in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach as part of a broader look into the mind-set of those who committed violence and their apparent paths to radicalization, according to people familiar with the investigation.

The investigation into potential ties between key figures in the riot and those who promoted former president Donald Trump’s false assertions that the election was stolen from him does not mean those who may have influenced rioters will face criminal charges, particularly given U.S. case law surrounding incitement and free speech, the people said. Officials at this stage said they are principally seeking to understand what the rioters were thinking — and who may have influenced beliefs — which could be critical to showing their intentions at trial.
However, investigators also want to determine whether anyone who influenced them bears enough responsibility to justify potential criminal charges, such as conspiracy or aiding the effort, the officials said. That prospect is still distant and uncertain,

Roger stone took part in the brooks brother riot in Florida 2000. That riot stopped the recount and then the Supreme Court decided.

This is exactly what trump was hoping for. A repeat of 2000.

Roger stone is Kaiser Sozay.

I read it is 35 cops under investigation- one had the audacity to take selfies- another wore a MAGA cap- my god! Such criminal actions should be ended with a firing squad
If you don't see a problem with Capital police associating themselves in any way with a mob threatening the lives of congressmen and the VP...........you might be a Trump cultist.

Oh hell, Stone and Jones were sure as hell involved in the planning and sedition. The event organizer & Donnie as well. And WTF ever happened to the investigation into Boebert illegally giving Proud Boys a tour of the building a couple of days prior? Lock 'em up - ALL of 'em!

On one occasion, Stone baselessly claimed that North Korea had interfered in the presidential election by shipping in ballots through Maine ports.
The longtime friend of former President Donald Trump also spoke at a rally in front of the Supreme Court the day before the insurrection. He was reportedly flanked by extremists who later stormed the Capitol.
Jones, who also gave a speech at this event, posted a video on his website InfoWars.com of him telling a crowd: "We have only begun to resist the globalists. We have only begun our fight against their tyranny. They have tried to steal this election in front of everyone."
He has publicly stated that his media company funded the Stop the Steal rally— the precursor to the Capitol siege.
