First degree murder needs to meet one of two criteria. One is it has to be shown to be premeditated, these sickos didn’t plan to kill Tyre. The second is the murder is committed while involved in another felony.

I am pro death penalty and yet in todays world, I don’t believe it is in the best interest of justice. Life without any possibility of parole is the max. The fact that not one of them stepped in to stop the beating is very disturbing.

I’m not sure of a solution however I hope the family Sue’s the city for 100’s millions and wins and then maybe just maybe someone starts to change the culture that led to this tragic death.

I don’t see that happening. Until we demand change, it isn’t going to happen.

I said repeatedly kicking in the head was unnecessary and that officer should be held responsible for his actions. As for the rest, what I seen was police trying to force the suspect to listen to their commands.
