Tyre Nichols body cam footage

Did he say "he's going for my gun" because he thought it would give him license to beat up Tyre? Was Tyre really young for his gun?

I think that was after the fact
Claiming he went for my gun as justification for beating him up

Expect it to be a defense at the trial

TN carries it but they're all charged with 2nd degree murder, 15-60 years. Myself, I think they should be charged with first degree murder.

First degree requires preplanning the murder
This was spontaneous

They have been trained to say that.

The common cop defense used to be…..He resisted arrest
Now, with video, that is easily disproven

Even with video, it is hard to disprove him reaching for your gun.

That only works in lib la la land where liberal cops let criminals go if they resist arrest

As already noted, where is the harm here? He hadn't even actually committed a crime to get pulled over. You have his car, impound it.

These aren't the first cops that will be going to prison over this.

Are you saying this is all worth it?

The cops that killed Elijah McClain (for walking home from the store) tried to claim this. No way was he doing anything of the sort.

Try looking st it from the dumb black guy’s point of view

He’s dead, so what did he accomplish by resisting arrest?

It is called a reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime has been committed

Without that, a cop can’t request ID and can’t just put you in cuffs.

Nichols repeatedly asked what he is suspected of having done. He was right to try to stay in his car.

Why do you guys immediately blame the victim?

He was trying to avoid a beating. A lose/lose situation. This was not the first person they had beat.

Because the victim was stupid and contributed to his own death
You and Old Joe are wonderful warmongering liars. You must really love Old Joe. Lol.

Because the victim was stupid and contributed to his own death

No he was innocent and complying with their requests
The cops were out of control, the suspect was calmly trying to comply with their demands

Asking what you are accused of is not resisting

Why do you immediately blame the victim?

I did
It was a stupid post

You have to reasonably suspect a crime has been committed before you try to cuff a suspect
The suspect was within his rights to ask….what did I do?
The suspect is dead because he wanted to argue his case on the street instead of a court of law

Black radicals are happy because they have another bloody shirt to wave

But the owner of the shirt is dead

Do you understand the meaning of dead?
