What a stupid thing to say, it was one whack job weaving between cars in several lanes (Illegal) who gets angry when a vehicle tries to block the whack job from endangering drivers on the highway anymore by taking away the lane the whack job wanted to take illegally in from of the vehicle, then the whack job drives very fast down the road turned around stopped and parked in the lane (illegal) blocking the oncoming vehicle forcing him to stop, and was walking towards the vehicle that was slowing down pointing the gun (illegal) at the father in the SUV, who understandably asked him to drop the gun, the whack job refuses starts firing (illegal) misses every time which FORCED the DUV driver to defend himself and his family by firing back hitting the stupid whack job several times causing his death.

The only whack job is dead who was breaking laws and endangering people on the freeway.

The SUV was Never a whack job the entire time.
