Two Transgendered Teens Challenge President Trump's Sports Ban

Which brought this question to my mind.

Wrestling

I read soccer though.

Correction soccer and tennis.

Without enabling legislation, transgender is not even a "thing." The human race, even Americans, are biologically binary. There is no legal status associated with "I don't like my gender and want to pretend I'm the other gender." Same for race.

Any regulations to the contrary are unconstitutional. Regulators don't have the power to write new laws.

Correction soccer and tennis.
For the record, I am still against guys (adapted by modern science) playing on girl's or women's sports teams. I have nothing against them, and hope they are happy with their new bodies, and all. Still think, too young to be allowed that kind of surgery and hormone therapy. If sports minded with intention to compete, I simply think they should consider which is more important, sex change or sports. Although, if you could get enough in one place to form a league would have no problem with a trans league, though probably would not watch, follow or attend.

Good luck to them. It's not going to do any good, but good luck to them all the same.
Good Luck?
Why?
They should be denied.
I agree with trump.

This is a definite NO.
A man should not be competing against women, unless there is an "Open Category"

If you are trans and believe in your stance, then have the balls, pun intended, to create a transgender league.

I'm absolutely FINE with this.

1) Mens League
2) Womens League
3) Trans League.

Trans League has some work and creation to do,
stand up for what you believe and create a league for trans. Be that Pioneer.

The gov't should try to prove it's a "frivolous Suit" and try to hit the plaintiffs with the gov'ts attorney fees & court costs. That should cost them about 100K.
"Mentally ILL".........................................but I would jail their handlers for child abuse!!

The quickest way to end the nonsense is for biological girl's teams refusing to participate.
I second this and you'd think that would be more than enough since biological females most definitely outnumber anyone else on the teams.

God bless you and the biological female athletes always!!!

Good luck to them. It's not going to do any good, but good luck to them all the same. These people are playing with fire. Tagging OhPleaseJustQuit, JGalt, Thunk, and toobfreak.

Good for them. Let them lose and lose early.

Article start with error "Two transgender girls". Not girls at all, simply creations of modern science, pharmaceutical and maybe medical surgery.

What sport were these guys wanting to compete with girls, in? Does not matter. Just curious.

In light of what you are saying ... And what I agree with ...
It might be a good idea to push one of these type cases to the Supreme Court.
Not necessarily to use the Court's 'supposed' favor ... Because I am not sure how it would turn out either way.

I think we've come to a point where the Courts ... Absolutely need to define what the Law is going to allow ...
As to what the definition of a 'woman' is ... When it is ever used or referred to in Law.

I am not saying that people may not pursue cases afterwards ... Involving whatever issues they may want to have with institutions.
But ... I think a clear definition in the Law ... And in reference to Laws already on the books ...
Would cut a lot of this garbage out.

However ... We have Aubry.
Let's not cut her short deciding who plays where.

Aubry didn't have to go to the courts ... To get to play on the Boys Varsity Football Team ...
And nobody really cared or tried to stop her for that matter.

But that's because she wasn't pretending to be a boy ... She had just played soccer for more than a decade ...
Showed up for practice and did drills like everyone else ... And could fricken kick a football with deadly accuracy.

She was the highest scoring player on the team her senior year ... And nobody was crying about it.
She was also the Homecoming Queen ... Decided to change into a dress during half-time for the ceremony ...
Then suited back up for the second half of the game.

Awesome young lady too ... On the field and off.
Never asked for anything she didn't earn.

What's the difference ... She was stepping up and not stepping down ...
And her pronouns ... As well as her desires ... Didn't require anyone to pretend she was something that she wasn't.

In most sports, women are physically at a disadvantage against men. I'm surprised the tranny clan haven't wanted to combine the Paralympics with the Olympics.
Too late, it's being done.
