The only problem I see with this theory is that unless Arizona is different, your SSN is not tied to your driver's license and is not listed anywhere on the card or your record. The SSN was decoupled from that decades ago. I have a TN driver's license, and they have no idea what my SSN is. Neither did Kentucky, Florida, or Virginia where I held a license before. I have never given my SSN to anyone at the DMV in my lifetime.
