Something can not work if there is not stringent rules. The social welfare system is designed for people to get around the regulations and abuse it. It would have worked when the programs started and as they faltered more program additions were added and made it worse. So now we are going to end it this time. The taxpayer is going to be reamed some more. Gasoline is going up more and more with these fools alone. All other prices will now rise because of it and are.
