I think the gun went off accidentally (the specific gun is know to do that), and officers that were already in a high stress situation had to assume he had another gun and reacted.

That's why you don't put yourself in these situations to begin with. Sadly, this guy was likely indoctrinated.. and was useful collateral damage for all the leftist NGO's and the DNC.. who are paying for all of these agitators to flood this area. Notice it's just one targeted area. This isn't organic. it's coordinated.

And the braintrusts? The ones that play the optics game? They're glad this guy is dead. You can take that to the bank.

If Pretti was black and killed by two white dudes, looting and mayhem next day or several hours later. If shot by Hispanics, most likely racist accusation between the two. By black agents, they are considered sellout or the blunt term house n$&#$&s.

#1 If the crime scene was properly handled then there would be three pieces of evidence supporting the accidential discharge (and DHS would have rushed to make it public):

• A ballistics report showing the weapon had been fired
• A ballistics report matich the spent shell casing to the weapon
• Crime scene photo of the pock mark to the roads surface from the discharge (since the video shows the officer in gray poinint it down.

#2 I ask you to consider the following.

I call him Officer Gray because of his coat. Officer Gray removed Pretti's firearm from his holster and exited the scrum turning away to remove it from the scuffle. Top Image

As he departs the first shot is heard and Officer Gray immediately reacts by looking over his RIGHT shoulder. Bottom Image

Most people will react to the sound of a gun shot by looking in the direction of sound to determine threat assessment (or for civilians call it a fight or flight response). Officer Gray is carrying Pretti's firearm in his LEFT hand. If that was a weapon that discharged it would have been an accidentlal discharge so not only would the sound have caused Officer Gray to look to the left, the recoil of the pistol in his own hand would have caused him to look left.

I think that clearly shows the sound of the first shot came from the scrum behind him to the right.
