Twitter is suing Texas AG Ken Paxton, claiming he abused his power by launching a retaliatory investigation into the company after it banned Trump

Twitter said Paxton misused the powers of his office "to infringe on Twitter's First Amendment rights" by retaliating after it banned Trump.

Politicians should not use their powers to further their partisan political aims. Certainly not to silence others. I suspect that this character is on Dominions target list as well.

Paxton is that same asshole who filed the suit pretending to have power over another state's election laws.
Hopefully he'll be staying at Club Fed for a nice long vacation.

For the record: Paxton is an ardent Trump supporter, who unsuccessfully filed lawsuits that sought to invalidate 10 million votes in four battleground states lost by the former president in the 2020 election.​
