Or I guess you could believe that a guy who supposedly got $1.5B and could have bought a gajillion new computers took his laptop to be repaired, forgot about it, the shop owner calls up the former mayor of NY to turn it in (not the local PD), and Sean Hannity's ex producer is the one who is picked to write a story about it in a paper owned by a Trump confidant....
