Erdogan once refused to sanction Russia since Turkey depends on Imports from Russia, mainly Wheat and Platinum. Now with Mariupol and most of the Southern Coast under Russian control, Russia has now more leverage over Turkey's economy, so its obviously not in Turkeys best interest to go against Russia with an inflation of over 70%.

Finnish Army has 21.000 soldiers.

These will be classical freerider countries within NATO, the kind Mr. Trump complained and may complain again about.
