Trump's Wildly Unconstitutional Plot to Banish U.S. Citizens to Gulags

It's gotta sting that someone you feel so superior to has achieved so much more than you.
I have no idea what you have achieved in your life, and you have no idea what I have achieved in my life. Having read only 1 biography of Trump, and having witnessed his public record, I know he has achieved several bankruptcies and participated in countless questionable endeavors in his life, and I know as many do that he is an arrogant and clumsy individual. I don't hold the arrogance against him, but it doesn't work in his favor.

As was pointed out, the courts have no jurisdiction to enforce anything in a foreign country.

You can video conference all you want, but if the court can't efficiate any of it's orders, it can't carry out due process.
So you just make a deal with the Outsourcing Contractor to allow those video proceedings and to allow the US to retrieve said prisoners as part of the contract and making payment of the contract dependent upon the Contractor honoring those provisions... yes?

In order to keep such lucrative contracts for hundreds of prisoners I'm sure the Contractor will be more than happy to oblige.

You are not onside with "anchor babies" being deported, but you are ok with US citizens (who are also anchor babies) being deported.

I'm all for criminals being punished. Just being born a US citizen is not a crime. You're mixing things up and making a mess.

‘Among the most disturbing ideas floated by the Trump administration in recent weeks is the possibility that it will send U.S. citizens to be imprisoned by the Salvadoran government.

Nayib Bukele, El Salvador’s Trump-friendly president, reportedly made the offer in recent weeks. Trump raised the possibility with reporters in the Oval Office last week, though he conceded that he “[doesn’t] know what the law says on that.”’

Pretense at ignorance aside, Trump knows, because his henchmen told him. It's just that (like anything else) Trump doesn't care about the rule of law, due process, or the Constitution.

Better pack up Clayton....you'll be one of the first Commies to go.

If you are a foreigner and you help to plan and coordinate so-called "protests" against a good friend and ally and if those so-called "protests" take-over college campus buildings and/or intimidate students of Religion A or B from attending classes or walking-about freely on-campus or elsewhere, or if those protests take-over roadways and block private and commercial traffic in an unpermitted unauthorized fashion, then we're going to deport your nasty a$$ back to the $hithole that you came from... pure common sense.
So foreigners don’t have freedom of speech?

Correct. Not to the same extent that US citizens do. You start spewing hate on-campus and your nasty a$$ goes home.

Our country. Our rules. US Law give the Federal Government the power to issue and rescind student visas. Fun, ain't it?

The Constitution is not a Suicide Pact and The Law works quite nicely in this circumstance to send such miscreants packing.

I think you’re wrong. I’m fact I know you’re wrong. The Constitution does not say that

The Constitution (and subsequent statute) gives the Federal Government the power to grant and rescind visas. Game Over.

Oh... and... by-the-way... the Supreme Court is allowing this so... due process has been provided... it's now Case Law. ;)

this is why we can't take you anywhere loser!..... :dev3:~S~
I like scaring pussies with a dose of TRUTH…There is a huge faction of parasites in this nation that needs to be deported and they certainly aren’t white Europeans. You honestly didn’t know that?

Aww no shock here. New republic media bias: far left

I thought that too. But the president of El Salvador says that he can't send Garcia to the United States. Calling him a terrorist, though there is no such designation in either country.

Trump wants to make it a crime.
He wants to take away 14th amendment birthright citizenship, which means a child born here of non-citizen parents, entered the country without a visa, which makes them an illegal alien.

The supreme court hasn't weighed in on the issue.
And they have repeatedly upheld the requirement of "due process" from the 5th and 14th amendments.
