No it's not. It's about being a hypocrite. If anyone on the right is rich then he is unashamed about it because his politics make it okay for him to be rich. If someone on the left is rich he gets called a hypocrite because if he cared so much about other people he'd give his money away.

With the left (well the american version of it) draft dodging is no bad thing, but to the right it's an awful crime. So the left will crow about someone on the right draft dodging and the right will crow about someone on the left making a large stack of cash, each calling the other a hypocrite.
