They already did.
Biden released his tax returns for the last 12 years.
When he ran for president in 2007and 2008.
As VP for 8 years.
When he ran for president in 2019 and 2020.
As president this year.
Congress did a detailed review of Biden's tax returns? Uh, no they didn't...lol

Sure there is.
The lying, tax dodger said a dozen times he would release his taxes but never did, then started filing lawsuits to keep them hidden.
Then Michael Cohen, told congress, Trump is a tax cheat.
Why didn't the orange, vexatious litigant sue Cohen?
Trump sues everyone else, scared he might have to testify?
Why didn't the IRS find all this tax cheatinh during the four years audits?

Instead of being concerned about Trump's taxes, you stupid Moon Bat, how about being concerned about how foreign interest made the Biden family filthy rich?

Don't you think that China having its man in the White House is a much bigger problem for this country than Trump's taxes?

Do you even know how to think?
Don't be so silly.

Congress doesn't need to see Trump's taxes, they are just harassing him because they are scared of him.

/——/ Process crimes — nothing to do with anything Trump is accused of doing. Snicker.
The FOX defense?
"Process crimes" are still criminal enough to be be indicted.

'Oh, he just lied to a a judge and a court, no biggie".
"Oh, he was just the getaway driver for the person who robbed a bank, no biggie".

His life, his business, his privacy, his taxes. There is no law or requirement that says Leftist commie fascists have a right to see and review private citizens taxes. Why did Hillary commit obstruction of justice by smashing 12 mobile devices and destroy 30,000 emails, even though she was subpoenaed and required to provide them? What did the corrupt crooked politician have to hide?
Must have taken the advanced "Law and order' correspondence course from Trump U.

Under federal law, the tax-related committees of Congress have a “broad right” to obtain taxpayer information from the Treasury Department, the IRS’ parent, the new opinion noted.

“The statute at issue here is unambiguous: ‘Upon written request’ of the chairman of one of the three congressional tax committees, the Secretary ‘shall furnish’ the requested tax information to the Committee,’”
Under section 6103(f)(1) of title 26, U.S. Code, vests the congressional tax committees with a broad right to receive tax information from the Department of the Treasury. It embodies a long-standing judgment of the political branches that the tax committees are uniquely suited to receive such information.

"Why did Hillary commit obstruction of justice by smashing 12 mobile devices and destroy 30,000 emails, even though she was subpoenaed and required to provide them? What did the corrupt crooked politician have to hide'?

No one told you?

Unbelievable.

The lizard people that reside in the center of the earth, everyone knows that.

/——/ Nice try, Cupcake. The FBI could trip you up in lengthy cross examinations, and even the slightest contradiction is a felony. Now get back to us when you have something tangible.

Congress is singling him out for daring run for president--this is a clear violation of his civil rights. This is america Fool---we do not prove we are innocent. The government has to show cause to see someone's taxes not go on fishing expeditions demanding that the victim prove they are innocent in our new communist bananna republic.
/——/ I’m so old. I remember when liberals rallied against such government intrusion. My how times have changed.

Didn't Trump only hire the best?
How did so many get "tripped up"?

Now get back to us when you have something tangible.

Sure but it was republicans who created, passed in signed into law, the un"patriot" act.
It was Warren G. Harding, another corrupt republican president, of course who brought about such actions by congress in the Teapot Dome Scandal.

those aren’t examples of process crimes

In United States criminal procedure terminology, a process crime is an offense against the judicial process. These crimes include failure to appear, false statements, obstruction of justice, contempt of court and perjury.

Process crimes are sometimes a basis for a "pretextual prosecution", in which prosecutors bring process crime charges against a defendant in order to punish them for another crime for which a conviction is more difficult to obtain.
Process crimes are the offenses that "interfere with the procedures and administration of justice".[2] They are prosecuted because they are considered to harm the public interest in the functioning and integrity of the judicial system.

There is a broad range of process crimes, covered in the U.S. by a variety of federal and state laws. The five "archetypal" process charges are failure to appear, false statements, obstruction of justice, contempt of court and perjury.
Persons who do not cooperate with an arrest may be charged with such process crimes as resisting arrest, flight to elude arrest or battery on police officers.

WRONG........................Again, as usual.
