Trump's Tariffs Seriously Reducing The National Debt

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. budget deficit in July climbed 20% this fiscal year compared to the last despite the U.S. taking in record income from President Donald Trump’s tariffs, according to Treasury Department data released Tuesday.

The U.S. saw a 273% increase — or $21 billion — in customs revenue in July over the same period last year, the data showed
Its still the Biden economy. Trump will be able to reduce the deficit to zero in 4 years. First the deficit is ended then the national debt can be brought down.

2. You are wrong about the 2024 deficit, its $380b

"In FY 2024, the federal government spent $6.75 trillion and collected $4.92 trillion in revenue, resulting in a deficit. The amount by which spending exceeds revenue, $1.83 trillion in 2024, is referred to as deficit spending."

The annual deficit is not the national debt.

Know this, demofks root against Americans
I used to think it was accidental and total incompetence. Not anymore, especially with Trump as president. They genuinely want America to fail so that they can say, "We told you so", while they do everything they can to destroy America to prove their point.

Nope, not true at all.
But don't we just LOVE these new TAXES that are creating this revenue.......LOLLLLOLL

I don't like being taxed for a trump tariff.
Do you?
I thought the cult hated taxes, now you are applauding them.

And don't you dare say, "Buy American, and you won't pay any tariff."
True, but somebody is paying those tariffs (TAXES) if trump is claiming he is bringing in Billions.

Just tax the shit out of the rich, and quit raising taxes on the low and middle class.
**** these taxes.
I haven't been taxed by Trump tariffs. In fact, I have spent $1300 less on food costs this year and around $700 less on gas this year, not to mention other things. And that is only 7/12 of the way through the year.

When it fails, they will suffer worse. And they are to myopic in their thinking to realize it.

I can't predict what you are buying.

But if trump has raised BILLIONS with his tariffs, then somebody is paying the TAXES.

Econ 101 sweetie.
From NBC, not Fox:

While the details of the report suggest an overall mixed picture for the economy, it suggested fears of large immediate price increases from Trump’s tariffs may no longer be warranted.

I said the BBB cut $1.5T. off Biden's last budget. TRUE
Don't get confused by the fiscal years

Bullshit.

Gas Prices have been 'Stable'

Food Prices are "Stable'

Keep the LIE alive.
TACO Hates You.
"No, I don't take ANY responsibility at ALL." djt

These TrumpyTariffs are taxes that if enforced, will ultimately be paid for by US consumers.

I'm having TACO's today for lunch.

Time for another lefty meltdown and denials. Winning. One thing I love about the left is they never get tired of losing. It's just a way of life for them. Trump's tariffs have been a good thing for a number of reasons. The left keep complaining about tariffs raising prices and yet we never actually see raised prices. They're always right around the corner.

Trump is bringing in so much revenue from tariffs that it’s seriously reducing the $37 trillion national debt

Its still the Biden economy. Trump will be able to reduce the deficit to zero in 4 years. First the deficit is ended then the national debt can be brought down.

Sure he can. The deficit is 1.6 trillion. Tariffs are on track to bring in 1 trillion a year. Then we have spending cuts. Cutting regulations and taxes will increase GDP. Low cost reliable energy will bring manufacturing to America as Europe drives up the cost with green energy. Easy peasy.
