Trump's plans to use the National Guard to end protests

He’s trying to make Kent State small potatoes
How is that? Rachael tell you that too?
So much for democracy huh?
The last four years.... that's a good look at it.

You want to impact crime (which is already falling) pump.
You know it's only falling because of citites under reporting or misreporting crime data, as I so graciously pointed out to you previously.....

Trump is doing the opposite and then wasting money like this
I wasn't aware Trump was defunding the police.

The National Guard is working litter and trash detail in DC. There's nothing wrong with that. It keeps them busy and is a public service. They really don't have any way to stop a large protest.

They can, it depends on the rules for the deployment.

Trump regards any protests against his attempts to establish a dictatorship in the US as a criminal activity. A very transparent attempt to put an end to the countrywide protests against his unconstitutional power grabs.

You have to be able to distinguish a protest from a flash mob rule uprising. I think you are not totally there yet.

What ever, not comfortable with why the military is being used as police against citizens.

They are being used against criminals because Democrats side with the thugs instead of decent people.

When I was still working 50 hours a week, I knew 2 couples that had both parents in the guard, and they bragged about how much money they were getting for going camping 2 weeks a year. They were called up for active duty and sent to bases in the desert and bitched and cried the whole time they were there. I felt bad for their kids, but had not much for them.

Because they were scared. The NG isn't known to recruit the most courageous amongst us.

Any idea how many of those who weren't the most courageous amongst us died in Iraq?.............try 497.

You don't think it had anything to do with being continually pelted by rocks thrown?

Years ago I read the book by the student behind the tree that got shot in the hand. He was biased about it, duh. But his account was first person.
I didn't even know that the NG was in Iraq.
