The one company I remember them talking about years ago was in a red state. It was during the Bush years. This company was making a weapon that was obsolete. Maybe a tank? But there was a fight about cutting this company off because it would destroy the community. So Bush/Republicans kept them open by still buying their outdated bullshit. Maybe it was in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Kansas or Georgia.
Bush won Virginia in 2000 and 2004.
So you only embarrassed yourself by assuming way too much.

Loyalty? Joe Communist administration would kill half the population if they knew there would be no pushback from the side being exterminated. What part of the words they spoke over the last decade or so from Progs on TV/media/entertainers/politicians/elites and particularly in the last 4 years that you have not listened to. Ironically most of these people would be killed rather quickly in any civil discourse.

Many of the positions being filled have no reason to be political. They are positions that are exclusively to look after the health, welfare, education, circulation, and overall physical benefits of the public. In these cases, the job of the person at the top is to competent and make sure that everything works well (economics, distribution, supply, etc.). When you place someone who only offers loyalty and not competence for the job, what ou are doing is placing someone that when you want to force something through on some political issue, you can use this service as a "THREAT" to get your way. Threats that can be done as simply the discretion of ONE person, supports Dictatorship and not Democracy.

The secretary of defense is in charge of 2.8 million troops and handles all the different departments (such as army, navy, air force, marines, etc). As such, he has to have knowledge of how to handle a big company with many arms attached to it. He has to have the ability AND respect of the top leaders of each section so they will respect his decisions.
Hegseth has no experience doing that nor has earned the respect (as an organizer) of the generals (he was a major and only in charge locally of wherever he was at). He has shown no ability to understand what it takes to put all of this together and make it work. In addition, he has shown a bias against women and gays in the military, meaning he already has a PRE-CONCEIVED idea of what he wants and not what truly works in those areas. He has never had to handle that himself.
Simply stated and from the view of an experienced General, he is an amateur

this is not about individual corruption, but about putting all of the corrupted individuals under the command or one corrupted individual to do what that corrupted person wants to do. Team work always accomplishes more than one individual doing it for himself...........in this case being doing harm to Democracy across all of the nation (not just one area or one State).

Even my brother admitted this over the weekend. Obama and Biden had good economies. Slow steady growth and because they don't deregulate, no busts. No recessions. Republicans will deregulate. So we will make a lot of money in the next 3 years. But be prepared for a BUST on Trump's way out the door. Like Bush's great recession remember that?

Actually, the FBI reports to the Attorney General, as they always have. The AG reports to the President, as he always has.
We all remember when Joe Biden's FBI was harassing parents at school board meetings, raiding Amish dairy farms, and kicking in doors at churches for holding worship services during the unconstitutional fascist lockdowns of the early 2020s.
