What gets me about your comment, is that whatever Trump says that you can't defend should be ignored as though he is a child. Trump made a statement. Either defend it or condemn it?

You're right he is a dipshit. That does not mean he deserves as pass when he spouts inanity or truth about himself.

Trump's statements about hanging around with losers is right in line with his ego and wanting unquestioning loyalty.

His cabinet is full of sycophants. Sycophants are by definition losers.

Just like Trump says he loves the poorly educated, he loves the lonesome loser. A loser who knows no better.

This is the guy leading us into war no one wants, and he says he loves losers.

Yeah, this is the "leader" we need in war time. A leader who surrounds himself with losers and who agree with him no matter what he does or thinks.

When Renee Good was taking care of her children she was a survivor. She was even a patriot if no issues were relevant. When she deep sixed them, added tattoos for radical reasons, shaved her head and went lesbian that was when she became a loser. She then got herself killed for stupidity. Yeah. a lot of losers in those riots/insurrections in the streets. And even the kings rally were full of losers.
