I'm not sure you want to go straight for billionaires, that's an exclusive club with fewer members. Millionaires would be a more representative sample, wouldn't it?
Using total wealth held by a segment of the population isn't a good metric because in that number could be major corporations. Places like Amazon, Microsoft, etc skew that number.
A more realistic metric would be the number of people in the US with a net worth of 1 million or more. This is a more accurate depiction of the country and tells what percent of the population is doing well overall, rather than trying to use the net worth of an exclusive club of billionaires who own major shares of corporations.

5 percent of back households are not 14 percent of the population. 100 percent of black households would be 14 percent of the population. When whites on average have 15 times the wealth of blacks talking about millionaires means nothing. You don't get to frame the parameters of this discussion, I am talking about blacks having wealth in proportion to our population. Not everybody is going to be a millionaire. Blacks are 13 percent or 14 percent of the population increasing our percentage of the wealth to be equal with our population basically triples our wealth.

Whites are 78 percent of the workforce, meaning that most companies are overflowing with whites, yet this individual wants somebody to show him where a white company is looking for more white candidates.Show me the companies who say they need to increase diversity by hiring more white people.

It's honestly not a trick question. I'm trying to understand what you're talking about. I don't have any clear picture of which inequalities you think government should address. It sounds like you're talking about a lot more than just inequality that the government created. Am I misreading you?
