This is one of the dumbest questions ever asked. Whites are 78 percent of the workforce, meaning that most companies are overflowing with whites, yet this individual wants somebody to show him where a white company is looking for more white candidates.

Can you show me? You can't, can you? You said DEI helps all people...I want you to show me the companies who have a DEI policy that is about hiring more whites. Hint, it's not there. DEI is about exclusion, as I stated earlier.

You want to point to this statistic and say it's because of racism, but you overlook any of the other factors, such as location, availability, skillset in a given area, the willingness to relocate...are among those that play a part.

Every last time, the person deciding to hire me was another white person; in only two of those cases, it was a white female.

IN short, simply by virtue of being a white male, I am already privileged. Obviously, I have other advantages. As a veteran, I get a hiring privilege, and having a college degree has been a boost.
