That would be nice. I am tired of the war in Ukraine and putting an end to it would be splendid!

But Ukraine is not dumb enough to believe this would be the end.

1). The CIA sabotaged the Democratic elections in Vietnam, proclaimed a false nation, and put their puppet as its leader.

2). The CIA sabotaged the Democratically elected leadership in Ukraine and put their puppet as its leader.

You can say it was the US that dictated the fall of their fiasco but in actuality the US lost both wars fair and square.
