GDP hasn't increased that much and even if it did is it above the 5.5% of GDP which borrowing is right now..

The fed raising the rates didn't help Trump whereas the fed dropped rates when Obama was in office, it still wasn't enough. As for borrowing and spending, there is no will in Washington to cut spending - none. It's disingenuous to criticize Trump for spending while holding Nancy and Chuck harmless. In fact, most of the left wants to increase spending on a massive scale.
