No President should "do" anything for a specific ethnicity.
A President's job is to make sure that there is a level playing field for all ethnicities (even for the current majority ethnicity!).
Then it's up to each ethnicity to take advantage of those opportunities.

Through college my world opened up to more direct relationships with many minorities. Sports, my whole life, especially with youth coaching, gave me my greatest understanding. I realize unless you live the discrimination you will never totally understand it. Whites need to be open minded and realize they need to work on understanding. Minorities need to also. But Trump thrives on dividing us any way he can. It is his game plan. It is how he was elected. He is brilliant at it. But at this time in history, we need a leader that will humbly try and bring us together. We all need to humbly work on coming together

The racist are the ones that allowed the rioters to burn black communities. Blacks will wake up after all this and find the stores they were use to shopping in no longer exist and they'll have to travel further for food, auto parts, prescriptions and virtually everything else. While you work on the white people, who is going to work on black culture? Is that white people's fault? Leaning is acting white, and having kids without being married is cool. Blaming white people isn't going to make that any better. Not a physical or racial problem. Purely cultural. Telling black people those choices are fine, and telling white people it is their fault for people making those choices is a about as harmful as you can get to other people.
