As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. Every one of these make absolute sense to me. The part about “nobody should be required” is key to me and I'm still po'd that SCOTUS upheld this part. Now, I wonder where all the discussion of THIS is.
