II don't think anybody doubted that the New York prosecutor would get to see those records. He will still be ordered to not disclose those records to the public (aka attorney's eyes only).

The real issue was Congress having the ability to release those records to the public for political gain. That was the real goal. That case was remanded for further findings.

This is still not over. There still will not be a release of those records.

This is so goddamn hilarious. The Democrats know what those records say. They just can't tell us what they say without committing felonies. It is the most frustrating attempt I have ever watched.
