This announcement is a 100% disaster. I may need to cancel 10-20% of my business if this isnt reversed.

If I sell stuff to people at $30 that cost $15. Now that stuff will be $17.50 and I'll need to sell it at $34. If I sold 100 before, now I will sell about 80 using a price elasticity of 1.5. In that scenario... I make less, the customer pays more, the factory gets less work, the shippers get less work, the sales people get less work and the economy is worse off.
