Trump's inflation is booming!

I don’t disagree. My position is simply that policy outcomes can contribute to inflationary outcomes, whether inflation is ultimately high or low, as it was earlier this year
My position is that I'm either right or wrong.
So there's that.

I also have the position that pink unicorns have either existed or that they are completely mythological.

I hope the absurdity here speaks for itself?

If your position is simply that policy outcomes can contribute to inflationary outcomes, your position is both absolutely unassailable and absolutely useless.

The question here is not if something's possible but that it's (likely) true.

Then it sounds like you’re settling on the premise and focusing on causation and magnitude. If that’s the case, it sounds less like a disagreement and more like a contradiction of your earlier argument.

Not really. I'm not the person who you originally responded too.

My response has solely been about pointing out that you were calling out someone for using data selectively while at the same time citing data selectively.

I love irony as a form of humor and so I responded.

If you want to argue about the actual premise. Namely that Trump's policies have caused inflation and to what extent I'm game also.

They are totally clueless. Who do they think is paying 3Xs the price for groceries? Tone deaf.
