So, let's get this straight. Democrats and their law enforcement Gestapo leak confidential information all the time when it suits their needs and yet with the Trump classified documents they won't even release those to Republicans on the intelligence committee because they don't want Americans to know that Trump's documents included detailed descriptions of how the Secret Service trains their dogs. But, we're going to jail Trump anyway over having that info, even though he didn't release it.
At Bedminister Trump had an audience and was sharing the Pentagon's plan for the invasion of Iran. Trump belongs in prison.

Trump nixed the plan. I thought he was commander in chief? So, there was no plan. Are you saying that Biden was ready to invade Iran? It was DEMOCRATS who released this plan, not Trump.
General Milley nixed the plan. Trump is lying. Don't you remember Trump's threats in November and December of 2020?

The 44-page indictment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida alleges that Trump "endeavored to obstruct the FBI and grand jury investigations and conceal retention of classified documents." The indictment names Walt Nauta, an aide to Trump who served as a White House valet, as a co-conspirator.
The indictment lists 37 felony counts in all against Trump:
31 counts of willful retention of classified documents
1 count of conspiracy to obstruct justice
1 count of withholding a document or record
1 count of corruptly concealing a document or record
1 count of concealing a document in a federal investigation
1 count of scheme to conceal
and one count of making false statements and representations.
At least four of the charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
