Only products whose price are close to what they cost abroad will see manufacturing come back. The rest will just cost consumers more.

And a point they seem to forget. America is in many of these countries under the nuclear non-proliferation agreements.
That they agree not to arm themselves with nuclear weapons, if we provide them security assurances.

Kinda like what we did with Ukraine, except they still think America won't sell them out to Russia.
