Yeah, that is plausible. After all, you all heard and saw the testimony in the J6 Committee when Trump threatened Rona McDaniel as he was leaving Washington after the riot that he'd start his own party. McDaniel appropriately and promptly informed Mitch & Kevin. Kevin reversed his recent scorching blaming of Trump for his responsibility for J6......and flew down to MAL to kiss the feet.

In other words, the leadership of the GOP feared then...and likely do now....that Trump would take his 30 million MAGA/QAnon fanboys with him. Thus ensuring very hard times for the GOP
