Youre comparing a city to state. Arkansas murders come mostly from Little Rock a city run by democrats. Its the democrat cities in any state where all the murder is and they under report it to cover it up

Cops are not allowed to arrest blacks in black neighborhoods. If they do, the prosecutors release them three hours later. And, they go do the same crimes again. wash rinse, repeat.
