Off with his head!Oh, I see what you're doing there. You're attempting to make the case that hypocrisy is an automatic guilty verdict. Sorry, not going to fly. TRUMP! could even be guilty of wearing white after Labor Day and still be found not guilty because he refused to incriminate himself. Of course, it simply doesn't matter to the terminally simple minded what the ultimate verdict is. Orange Man Bad means guilty, no matter what. It reminds one of the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland.

If you let trump do your thinking for you then take take quote to the bankwe know, as Trump said in his own words: only the mob or criminals or guilty people plead the 5th. Trump is guilty as fuck, so he had to plead the 5th because he had no valid legal excuse for his criminal actions. Also this disposition is under oath, so if Trump told more lies he would get another criminal charge.

It's because he is too lazy to inform himself.
Of course, but that in no way voids his right to constitutional protection. He could have cursed lawyers up and down every day of his life, but he would still be entitled to representation. He can claim that people who invoke the 5th Amendment are guilty and still be found not guilty because he invoked it and they couldn't make their case. Hypocrisy is not a crime. If it were, the vast majority of the Congressional offices in Washington would be empty. Our justice system is set up so that everyone gets a fair trial, no matter how unpopular or popular they may be.He condemned others for doing that, now he is getting it in return.

No one "wasn't allowed" to testify...several either invoked executive privilege, the 5th fully or partially, or refuse to comply with a subpoena.The comittee didn't allow it.....hence it was a kangaroo court.

They didn't call witnesses, like the secret service. They also didn't allow cross-examination. It was just to push a narrative, that's it.
