Trump supports immigration visas backed by Musk: ‘I have many H-1B visas on my properties’

Until you get the Supreme Court to affirm that your feelings mean **** all to how citizenship is actually recognized in this country.

Sure we will. When Trump removes sitting Justices with a wave of his emperors wand. :lmao:

Even in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, the 1898 case most often cited by “birthright” supporters due to its overbroad language, the court only held that a child born of lawful, permanent residents was a U.S. citizen. That is a far cry from saying that a child born of individuals who are here illegally must be considered a U.S. citizen.

What I'm citing is the reality of how citizenship works in this country. You and the frail white authors of that article can feel however you like but in practice you're a Cuck.

Well so am I

Well so am I
You're citing an article from some frail salty whites. Their feelings don't change the fact however that all children born in this country, even those whose parents are illegals, are granted American citizenship. The only exception made is for the children of diplomats. That's how it works today. That you hope it changes is just a frail fantasy.

I posted the amendment

There aren't any. Born in the US means US citizenship under the current interpretation of the law. The only they will leave is if the parents take them. They cannot be deported unwillingly as they have no other citizenship.
Nope, you have the data that says otherwise
