A court did place a seal on the ballots of several counties. And then there's the computer files of scanned ballots that goes towards the vote tabulations....all records seized by courts and sealed.

So to the telephone to call up the Secretary of State of Georgia, demanding that the necessary votes, by one, be found to proclaim his victory!
