That's what The Deep State (aka; the Judiciary) ruled last time out. But Trump has authority over all the regulatory branches of the Federal goobermint. He can make their lives extraordinarily miserable if they don't comply.

He can have 50 IRS Agents sitting in ever Drug Maker's Accounting section all day, every day. He can have them investigated for Price Fixing, which they do. He can open a DOJ Anti Trust investigation on them. He can block exports on a whim, Republicans can call the Officers of each and every Corporation in front of Congress and DARE them to mis-speak. He can have the FDA delay approval on ALL new drugs.....

I don't care how many thieving Lawyers (is there any other kind) and how many corrupt Judges the Corps have bought off.... You don't **** with a Pissed Off POTUS.

Trump is going to win this one. How can he not? The American People back him on this by a 10 to 1 margin.
