The order calls on the health department, led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to broker new price tags for drugs over the next month. If deals are not reached, Kennedy will be tasked with developing a new rule that ties the price the U.S. pays for medications to lower prices paid by other countries.
“We’re going to equalize,” Trump said during a Monday morning press conference. “We’re all going to pay the same. We’re going to pay what Europe pays.”

Not denial, a negotiation, that is what Trump said, ye I know Trump keeps his promises.
Sure, sure. It's all good. Heil, comrade.

they did do it...35$ cap for insulin....
Except I don’t think it ever went into effect, my copay for a vial of insulin is more than that, and when I wanted to purchase a vial of Humalog last month as a spare for my wife, because the insurance company refuses to fill prescriptions ahead of time instead of at the last minute when she only has a few days left on hand, I was quoted over four hundred dollars a vial retail.

I think we need to decide if we like capitalism, where the market determines the price of goods and labor, or communism, where the state sets prices and wages. This having Congress, the courts, and now the President picking winners and losers (while enjoying insider trading benefits) isn't very reliable.

Yup. Say it again.

This administration is not very old, cant see where its going yet.
Only a few actual bills have been passed.
They can say what they want to happen, but until a bill is passed, its just political party talk.

Big Pharma will oppose this and probably sue the administration. Democrats will side with Big Pharma
Another masterful political stroke by Orange Man that will put the democrats once again in the position of defending the wildly unpopular. And they will, because TDS requires it.

An executive order is not a bill, You can say anything for political gain.
We will have to wait and see how this evolves into and actual passed bill.
To know if it is for most Americans benefit.
