The FEC investigated and said it wasn't a crime.
Merchan would not let the head of the FEC testify to that.
If/when those 34 "felonies" go thru the appeal process they get thrown out.

Believe it or not, entering into non-disclosure agreements for the purpose of reputational protection is not illegal. The Congress has a slush fund of taxpayer dollars for that same purpose.

The allegations of the Daniels affair were made public before the 2016 election. If you thought Trump was a saint back in 2016, you should have paid more attention. The American people knew who they were voting for.

And Trump still received 10 million more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016, so obviously the public did not see it like you do. And another 3 million in 2024 on top of that, even after 4 years of dem lawfare.
