They need $320 billion, they have $175 billion before they bail out the farmers they screwed with their silly tariff games. That's another $30 billion.

That means they have approximately half of what they are promising to spend.

Are they gonna borrow the rest? 'Cause I thought you guys were against that kinda thing.
