I applaud the July 26 editorial “Evidence mounting in Russia probe.” The six points presented gave a fair summary of key events and findings related to the Russia-Trump administration investigations known to date.

Correctly, no mention was made about impeachment or criminal activities. It is much too early in the various investigations to jump to such conclusions. However, the editorial concluded with the very simple concept that if there is nothing to hide, why is Trump acting so much to the contrary?

In a recent press briefing, Trump complained about states that refused to provide data for his voting fraud committee (aka “the real witch hunt!”). He said that if the states had nothing to hide, then they should have no qualms about providing their data. Then he went on to say that there always was something hidden. But for whatever reasons, Trump won’t hold himself to the same standard.
