You sad little dweeb. Registered voters requesting an absentee ballot is not at all the same as mailing millions of ballots to people who didn't request them, including dead ones.

Not to mention that there's always a risk of fraud when you interrupt the clear chain of custody on ballots, as you do by putting them in the mail. It's one thing to take that risk for a small percentage of people who, for whatever reason, can't go to the polling place. It's another to do it for EVERY ballot.
