To be perfectly honest with you they aren't acting any better than the people who defended Potatohead and Cackling Kamela for four years. The deflection is just as strong with these people if not more. Mind you it's just one thing that I'm currently finding fault with Trump about, his mightier than thou attitude, but you would think that I turned into a progressive democrat or something with these people.

You see, politics is tribalism and factionalism. It's pretty toxic and the controls have been slipping for a while now.
You'd think it's about the issues..but it's not---it's about feeling like you belong and are on the winning side.

Left and Right actually have no real meaning to members of a cult of personality....it's just a polarity to focus their energy on.

I agree that this place is draining. I currently have a border-line stalker who constantly posts at me in the nastiest way, every chance she gets, even though I've told her in the past that I put her on my unofficial ignore. I guess one-way conversations are OK with her. I know some people here who I disagree with have good intentions....and I'm OK with them, even though we have strong disagreements. But that's different than nasty individuals who go out of their way to attack, mock, bait, etc. It is indeed draining.

Guess she didn't learn about Romans. God put Trump in the position he is in, and God uses all, the Bible shows many times that God uses sinners and the least likely people you'd expect Him to use to do His work. But she apparently knows better than God.

Nobody is denying the fact that Jesus can work miracles through other people but Donald Trump although being what I believe to be a great president is obsessed with himself and he thinks that he's better than anybody else, so it didn't surprise me one bit that now he's depicting himself as Jesus Christ.


However, what has surprised me that a lot of the lefties on here aren't the ones making fun of us like I thought that they would be. At least the ones with common sense like me. The rest of you guys though have gone Looney Tunes just because Trump makes one mistake and you refuse to acknowledge it. Why?
