That claim is incorrect. No court has anything to do with his 2015 tax returns. They are being audited and the only thing stopping them from being released is Trump's decision not to release them. That said, his 2014 and other past returns are not being audited and there is no hint of a legal excuse not to release them.

Trump's crookedness is being heard in two courts. Both New York and California are hearing cases involving fraud in relationship to his operations of his Trump University. Fraud equals crookedness. He is innocent until proven guilty, but the fact is he is on trial for being a crook in two states.
