Trump pledges to protect Americans and end birthright citizenship by executive order on day one.

This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.

It's carefully written and perfectly clear.

There's no such thing as anchor babies. If they are born in the US, they are Americans.

Pay no mind to Trump. He can say anything. He's a has been and won't be elected.
Based on the proceedings when the 14th was enacted, a credible case could be made to disallow anchor babies.

Undocumented immigrants may be eligible for a handful of benefits that are deemed necessary to protect life or guarantee safety in dire situations, such as emergency Medicaid, access to treatment in hospital emergency rooms, or access to healthcare and nutrition programs under the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).

Yes, they can receive emergency medical care and women can receive a small amount for kids.

Are you suggesting we should just allow them to die in the streets as opposed to receiving emergency medical care?

All care becomes "emergency medical care."

They all have anchor babies to access the other systems.

You are dishonest.

Intentional. Babies born here are U.S. citizens and can receive some benefits. None of those include housing, or whatever else you want to lie about illegals receiving.

Don't be so ignorant.
The term "anchor" is in reference to the parents. You cannot simply deport them when they are a parent of a US citizen. It also means that if the child is lacking for a home or food, the government will assist them in gaining those needs. Baby need a taxpayer financed home? Guess what? Mom and dad get it to.

The funny thing is those who argue for International law over U.S. law where it comes to applying for asylum. I generally ask what other International laws do they support over U.S. laws without much of a reply.

What would you like the reply to be?

We have covered this many times also. Yes you can. They either are forced to take their child with them or leave them here with another family. It's done thousands of times a year.

Absolute lie. Do you have no self respect at all?
