I've never felt the First Amendment was well written. I also don't believe ANY part of the US Constitution should protect people with connections to foreign nation, including the "sovereign" Indian nations.

Actually, Timmy the IRS delayed tax exempt status for conservative groups for years based on nothing more than their names. OAN, BBC, and a few others that vet well should be given exclusive access.
