Trump on a Roll Gets ObamaCare Ruled Unconstitutional MAGA Trump 2020

Remember when Obamacare was going to collapse on its own, and when it didn't the GOP spent years wildly sabotaging it, and then Obamacare is STILL HERE?

And Obamacare to be replaced with?
Do what everybody else does, get a job that includes health insurance.

Not every employer offers group health insurance. Now what?

Mine offered it. In fact, I had health insurance all of my life with preexisting conditions until Commie Care started. Then my employer dropped it like thousands of others across the country. When I went looking for a comparable job, it seemed like nobody was offering the benefit anymore.

Thanks DumBama! Now your signature plan is crash and burn.

trumpdawg will come up with something really great to replace Obiecare. Really really great. Yeah, like republicans give a squat about anything but further enriching the already fabulously wealthy while kicking as many of the poor off of food stamps etc. as they can.

Yeah, and is anybody going hungry because they are no longer getting food stamps?

Remember Don's campaign healthcare promises? He doesn't.

DumBama seemed to forget his promises as well. You can keep your doctor, you can keep your insurance company, you can keep your hospital, your family premiums will be reduced by $2,500 a year..........

And Obamacare to be replaced with?

Actual health insurance. :itsok:
For profit hellth insurance which is outlawed in advanced healthy civilized societies.

Ranking 37th — Measuring the Performance of the U.S. Health Care System

World Health Organization’s Ranking of the World’s Health Systems
Some people fancy all health care debates to be a case of Canadian Health Care vs. American. Not so. According to the World Health Organization’s ranking of the world’s health systems, neither Canada nor the USA ranks in the top 25.

Improving the Canadian Healthcare System does not mean we must emulate the American system, but it may mean that perhaps we can learn from countries that rank better than both Canada and the USA at keeping their citizens healthy.

U.S. Health Care Ranked Worst in the Developed World
The U.S. health care system has been subject to heated debate over the past decade, but one thing that has remained consistent is the level of performance, which has been ranked as the worst among industrialized nations for the fifth time, according to the 2014 Commonwealth Fund survey 2014. The U.K. ranked best with Switzerland following a close second.

The Commonwealth Fund report compares the U.S. with 10 other nations: France, Australia, Germany, Canada, Sweden, New Zealand, Norway, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the U.K. were all judged to be superior based on various factors. These include quality of care, access to doctors and equity throughout the country. Results of the study rely on data from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the World Health Organization and interviews from physicians and patients.

HOW BAD IS U.S. HEALTH CARE? AMONG HIGH-INCOME NATIONS, IT’S THE WORST, STUDY SAYS
As Republicans struggle to agree on a replacement for the Affordable Care Act, the Commonwealth Fund has rated the U.S. health care system as the worst among the 11 developed nations it analyzed as part of an evaluation conducted every three years. The think tank also rated the U.S. health care system as the worst-performing of the nations analyzed when the last evaluation was released in 2014.
The U.S. health care system has been rated the worst (by far) among high-income nations

How does the quality of the U.S. healthcare system compare to other countries?
Bench-marking U.S. quality measures against those of similarly large and wealthy countries is one way to assess how successful the U.S. has been at improving care for its population, and to learn from systems that often produce better outcomes. The OECD has compiled data on dozens of outcomes and process measures. Across a number of these measures, the U.S. lags behind similarly wealthy OECD countries (those that are similarly large and wealthy based on GDP and GDP per capita). In some cases, such as the rates of all-cause mortality, premature death, death amenable to healthcare, and disease burden, the U.S. is also not improving as quickly as other countries, which means the gap is growing.

We have the best health care in the world. That’s why people from all over the world travel to use it.

In week seven of the 2020 Open Enrollment period, 4,421,179 people selected plans using the HealthCare.gov platform or were automatically re-enrolled in a plan. Typically, enrollment weeks are measured Sunday through Saturday. However, the deadline to sign up for January 1 coverage was extended until 3:00 AM ET on December 18, to accommodate consumers who attempted to enroll in coverage before the deadline and were unable to complete the enrollment process. This week’s snapshot accounts for both week seven and the extension period. Consequently, it is measured Sunday through Tuesday.

This Open Enrollment snapshot covers the period from December 8, 2019, to 11:59 PM ET on December 17, 2019. The plan selections reported in this snapshot are not final and do not include plan selections for consumers who enrolled in coverage between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM ET on December 18, 2019, or consumers who left their contact information at the call center due to high volume. Similar to previous years, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) plans to release an updated snapshot during the second week of January with the final enrollment data.

These snapshots provide point-in-time estimates of weekly plan selections, call center activity, and visits to HealthCare.gov or CuidadoDeSalud.gov.

The final number of plan selections associated with enrollment activity during a reporting period may change due to plan modifications or cancellations. This week’s snapshot reports new plan selections, active plan renewals, and automatic enrollments. It does not report the number of consumers who have paid premiums to effectuate their enrollment, and it does not include plan selections from State-based Exchanges, other than those using the HealthCare.gov platform.

The fed exchange is down a little from last year. Wonder what the state exchanges really did?

No, that's on DumBama. Without him, my employer would have had no choice but to continue the benefit.

I really hate to rain on everyone's parade...but ObamaCare was not ruled unconstitutional. Just the mandate which the Trump admin was not enforcing anyhow.

All those 1000 plus pages of new rules and regulations that are driving smaller hospitals out of business or forcing them to join large conglomerates to survive are still there. The stupid ass rules that base hospital reimbursement on patient happiness are still there.

While the mandate was always the shiny object but it was never the worst part of ObamaCare.
