Trump Now Gets a $1.8BN Taxpayer Slush Fund to Pay Others

That is Trump's IRS suit, NOT THIS 1/6 FUND, is it?
It's Trump IRS suit. Your cult is trying to claim it's a January sixth fund.
And THAT is also illegal....he's trying to wiggle out of the $100 million the audit showed his trump organization owed. He can't do that. And law states he can't be involved at all with the IRS and audits of him and family.
No idea what you're talking about.

Explain in detail the damages that Trump suffered because that private contractor hired by the IRS released part of his returns. The same tax returns that he promised to release to the American people almost ten years ago.
First, let's see YOUR tax returns moron. Not bbbbut, bbbbut, bbbut, YOURS!
Second, the IRS released those returns to a contractor who was bound to keep them secure. The IRS FAILED to do their duty to protect that security.
Third, Trump doesn't have to show damages because he can receive NO monetary damages as is outlined in the decision.
Educate yourself, moron, this isn't your third grade class.

LOL, thanks for conceding your ignorance--AGAIN. Educate yourself. The court's decision has been posted numerous times on the board. LOL, and you put yourself up as a serious rebuttal to court's decisions? SMH.

The judge that closed the case said there is no settlement against Trump forcing him to pay to the IRS. It is done. All over.

I'm not holding public office so that just about takes care of an another cult idiot like you asking for my tax returns. However, it was Trump who ran his mouth & agreed to release his returns in the first place ten years ago. Just like every single POTUS since Nixon has done.

But thanks for letting me trigger you because you can't show how Trump was damaged by that release, which was the basis of his lawsuit being filed, dumbass. But, thanx for the bullshit excuse showing again that your just another one of his ankle grabber's.

Irrelevant. Holding office does not negate your fourth amendment rights, moron.

Yeah--and Biden assured us he was sharp as a tack. As to the rest--Thirty-nine stood by their 4th amendment rights and because eight didn't, that's supposed to make a difference? Again, Eight potus's showed their returns, what puts you above them?
But thanks for letting me trigger you because you can't show how Trump was damaged by that release, which was the basis of his lawsuit being filed,
And again, for the ignorant, He didn't have to show damages because he gets NO AWARD. What part of NO AWARD do you not understand. No NAMED plaintiff can receive one red cent. Educate yourself before you run your mouth---unless you're proud to be proof of the failure of the public education system.

Of course, reading more than a headline shows it was from an actual settlement. The Trump.slush fund is not, despite the fact that they call it that to fool easily fooled, uninformed people. Know any of those? ;)
Settlement from a kangaroo court

I'll release my tax returns when Trump does, Trump lackey.

Anyone who believes that Trump won't somehow get his claws into those funds is an idiot which is why you believe it. Which is why you believed him when he said he'd release his returns. Oh btw. Trump ordered his lackeys at DOJ to settle this because that Judge was going to toss his case into the trash, you moron.

Apparently, you ate too many lead paint chips when you were a kid.

The senate acquitted the impeachments. They did not exonerate, which requires proof of innocence.
LOL, acquitted of wrongdoing is not a pardon or commutation---exonerated. Try again. But yeah, let's do get back to the topic. Had it not been for your buddy, Care4None's derailing, I wouldn't have gone there.

The claim refers to the Anti-Weaponization Fund, a $1.776 billion program established on May 18, 2026, as part of a settlement between the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and President Donald Trump to resolve his lawsuit against the IRS. [1, 2, 3]
Critics and lawmakers have raised concerns that the fund lacks eligibility restrictions, potentially allowing payments to individuals convicted of serious crimes, including child sex offenses. Key details include: [1, 2]
  • Eligibility Concerns: Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen highlighted the case of Andrew Paul Johnson, a Florida man and January 6 rioter who was pardoned by Trump but subsequently convicted of child molestation.
  • Bribe Allegations: Johnson reportedly attempted to bribe his victims by promising them money he expected to receive from the "slush fund" for his role in the Capitol riot.
  • DOJ Response: During a Senate hearing on May 19, 2026, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche refused to commit to barring convicted child predators from the fund, stating that anyone who believes they were victims of "government weaponization" is eligible to apply.
  • Legislative Action: House Republicans recently blocked an amendment proposed by Representative Jim McGovern that would have prohibited payments from the fund to convicted felons, including those who assaulted police on January 6.
  • Fund Purpose: The DOJ describes the program as a "lawful process" for victims of "lawfare" to seek redress, with a commission of five members appointed by the Attorney General to oversee payouts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

I'll release my tax returns when Trump does,
You're a stinking liar. I won't. The 4th amendment protects against that.
Anyone who believes that Trump won't somehow get his claws into those funds is an idiot which is why you believe it
Sure and the moon is made of green cheese too, eh? Run along with your speculation. If you haven't got proof, you're just a libelous lying typical democrat.
Which is why you believed him when he said he'd release his returns.
Wrong. IDGAF, his finances are not my concern nor most democrats--it's just another bbbbut, bbbbut, bbbut Trump democrat mating call.
Trump ordered his lackeys at DOJ to settle this because that Judge was going to toss his case into the trash
Yeah right. That's why the judge DIDN'T throw it out, eh. Your ignorance gets worse with each successive post.

Yeah, he entered a building.
He obstructed an official hearing. And refused to leave.
Exactly what i said he did,
No it isn’t.
and they gave him almost 4 years fir it. Its an absurd sentence and he deserves millions in compensation for it.
You keep leaving out that he obstructed an official hearing and refused a lawful command to leave the premises.

If you name them, i will back them up.... AGAIN!!! You arent going to name them though, are you. You are a dishonest debater.
You said that people received lenghty prison sentences for doing nothing more than crossing an “imaginary line”. The chambers of congress are not “imginary lines”.

The one example you gave was not indicative of tht statement as he also refused a lawful command.

Trump didn’t have the luxury you do here, someone from the irs did it for him in violation of the law

Hence why he was entitled to damages

15th post

4 fuckin years in prison for refusing to leave a building? Seriously? Does this ONLY apply to your political opposition? Should Justin Pearson also go to prison? He also "obstructed an official proceeding", AND he obstructed the arrest of his brother.
