He said once that this country will never be communist. But if it is socialist (maybe that is the word he used? I can't exactly recall) but anyhow if it is socialist, it CAN become communist and many of us think it is socialist already, or at least socialist lite.

I'm thankful Trump is willing to go through all this hell for America.

Are you aware, that here in America, when defendants get convicted ---they want the EASIEST path, to winning an appeal???

Is it easy for Appeals Court to make amends for [or overturn] verdicts when a judge misapplied the law --that is not possible for if a jury did so, because a jury consists of private citizens who NEVER practiced law therefore are not expected to know the law in a way of applying it mistake-free.

He can only appeal after putting up the entire amount of the judgement. Same with the E. Jean Carroll $83 million. He has to post that amount in order to file an appeal.
